Call For Papers

The 2019 IEEE International Conference on Real-time Computing and Robotics (IEEE RCAR 2019) will be held in Irkutsk, Russia on August 4 to 9, 2019. The goal of this conference is to offer a forum for researchers in robotics and real-time computing to share the newest results and explore the opportunity of research collaborations. With broad applications of robots in industry and service sectors, real-time computing plays as one of the significant roles in several topics in robotics including real-time control, human-robot interactions, sensory perception and fusion, robot intelligence, etc. The scope of RCAR 2019 covers research, development, and applications in the dynamic and exciting areas of real-time computing and robotics. Irkutsk is the administrative center of Irkutsk Oblast, Russia, and located about 66 km west to Lake Baikal. Lake Baikal, the pearl of Siberia, is the deepest and largest freshwater lake by volume in the world and is also a geographical region with an impressive range of experiences to offer. August would be the most comfortable time in Irkutsk and Lake Baikal, and RCAR 2019 hopes and promises to be a great event for all participants, with excellent technical and social programs.
